For those who love to be in the main town of Gustavia, Villa Marlin is superbly appointed 2nd floor villa located downtown with fabulous views of the yachts and the sunsets over the harbor. The property was beautifully renovated into a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa in a contemporary style. The rooms are connected by an inside hallway which is great with children. The living room has a well equipped kitchen and a dining area as well. The whole wall opens via glass sliders that allows one to enjoy the ever changing view as well as walk out onto the terrace and enjoy the pool. The bedrooms have four poster beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a large glass slider that can open directly to the terrace area. This St. Barts villa is within walking distance to the many fine shops, restaurants and bakeries located in Gustavia. |
