This St. Barth villa is of new construction and is built of minimalist style and equipped with all the latest technology. The center point of the villa is the great room that consists of the kitchen, family room and dining area. The front side of the villa all opens to the deck and pool. Beautiful views are seen from the deck and pool. There are two master bedrooms on each side of the villa, each with its own bath, air conditioning, ceiling fans and each has a door to the pool deck. The two main bedrooms also each have a Plasma TV with Canal Satellite (same as in the living room), DVD and CD player, WIFI, telephone, safe. There is also a third smaller air conditioned bedroom that would be good for children or a nanny. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. |

This St. Barths villa rental is fully equipped for family style cooking. The villa has an inside dining area with a large wood table and benches for 10 guests. There is a BBQ area on the back terrace deck. To relax with your morning coffee, there is a breakfast table on the covered terrace by the pool. |

The living room is furnished with contemporary furniture, a TV with Dish Network and Canal Satellite, and hifi with Bose surround sound. Electric wind screens (not full shutters) can be pulled down to unable you to benefit from just enough natural breeze and still enjoy the view. A very nice and private lounge area is available on the back terrace deck where one can be protected from the wind and the sun by an electric white shutter |
