Acacia Villa is a light, cool and spacious villa, which has been renovated by its new owners to a high quality. The villa is completely fenced and gated and is situated on a hillside in an acre of lush landscaped gardens and gently sloping lawns. The villa enjoys a wonderful breeze all year round and views out to Pigeon Island National Park, and across the Martinique Channel towards the island of Martinique. The living/dining room is well furnished and equipped with Cablevision TV, DVD, Stereo and an I-pod speaker system. A spacious front veranda leads off the sitting room and is fully furnished with lounge chairs and a dining suite for alfresco dining. The large back patio is very private and with a covered sitting area. Three bedrooms with en suite baths are located on the main level of the villa, and 2 bedrooms are on the lower level. The lower level bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate sitting area and kitchenette, and a large covered patio. |
