This new St. Lucia holiday home is a modern and comfortable villa that has been positioned to view spectacular sunsets over the Caribbean Sea with Anse du Cap beach about a 10 minute walk away. The air conditioned living space is a large open plan that is furnished in comfortable bamboo type furniture, TV, DVD player and stereo. Also on this floor is the air conditioned dining room and well equipped kitchen area. The living area opens to a patio that faces the front of the holiday home. This area has easy chairs to enjoy the view, a bar and a dining area. A few steps down from the terrace is the large pool deck and pool with close proximity to another wet bar and a barbeque. From the deck area is a self contained apartment with kitchen/living area and a separate air conditioned bedroom with TV. There are three more air conditioned bedrooms in this St. Lucia holiday home that are located on the 2nd floor of the main villa. Two of the bedrooms are identical and each has a private patio to view the sea and baths en suite. The third bedroom doesn't have the patio or water view but does have a bath en suite. |
