This luxurious St. Martin villa has 5000 square feet of living space and fantastic views of the Caribbean Sea and the island of Anguilla. The outdoor terrace includes a large infinity pool with a waterfall that flows down from a small sitting pool located just above. A shaded gazebo houses the outdoor dining table and BBQ area. The villa is well equipped with a comfortable living room, modern kitchen and a formal dining area. This St. Martin villa has cathedral ceilings in the main living area for a very open feeling and plenty of space. The three bedrooms are located on the main level and each has air conditioning and en suite bathroom. The bedrooms lead directly to the shaded wrap around terrace on the main level, and also have interior access as well. The infinity pool with views over the ocean, is graced by a gazebo shaded outdoor dining and BBQ area.
