Please remember, the maximum number of people per bedroom is 2. There are some exceptions but these must be addressed on an individual basis. Most villas do require a 7 night stay but there are some exceptions to this as well.

If the villa you wish to reserve is available and you would like to book it, please let us know. We are able to hold the property in your name for 7 days, and will mail, fax or e-mail a confirmation statement, including cancellation terms, which includes the dates of travel, the villa rented, the exact cost for your rental, including island tax and service charges, and the payment due dates.

A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of putting the villa on hold to confirm your reservation. The balance of payment will be due 90 days before you arrive on the island.

We highly recommend trip insurance to cover costs of unforeseen events to insure return of deposits received. Please contact us concerning this coverage.
