Villa Weekly Rates

Barbados weekly villa rental rates are posted in US dollars and prices are subject to change without notice. Please add 7.5% VAT tax to all rates.

The dates shown for winter and summer rates are approximate and may vary from villa to villa. Christmas and New Years rates may apply to bookings from December 15 through the first week of January.

Villa Capacity

Some larger Barbados villas offer a discounted rate if you use less than the total number of bedrooms available or less than full capacity of the villa. The villa is still exclusively for the individual renter and the other bedrooms are just not used. When calculating capacity of the vacation villa rental, please remember that only two people are allowed per bedroom.

Villa Staff

Most Barbados villas come with cooking and housekeeping service that is included in the price of the rental. However, a tip to the staff of between 3 and 5% of the rental rate is greatly appreciated.

Christmas and New Years Rentals

Please note that special offers and the High Season rates over the Christmas and New Years holidays do not apply! Higher rates are in effect during those holiday periods and a 14 night rental is required.
