Balance is a St. John villa rental located on a hillside overlooking views of Fish Bay and on a clear day, even St. Croix .

Style:

Balance is a St. John villa rental completed in 2007. It's construction is native stonework and brick inlaid with seashells in traditional St. John style. It's a sophisticated two-level rental villa designed to take advantage of cool trade winds and the sea views. The main level consists of the great room and dining area, a spacious gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, a powder room and a king bedroom/bath suite. Just outside the great room is a covered terrace with a gas grill and dry bar built into custom stonework. The terrace opens onto the pool courtyard with a solar-heated pool with a waterfall. Back inside the villa, a staircase leads to the second king bedroom/bath suite. Both of Balance's air-conditioned, equally-sized bedroom/bath suites have flat screen TVs, with each suite featuring two showers - one an indoor tiled shower, and a natural stone and brick outdoor shower.

Maid service: Once per week
Children welcome: Over 7 years (parents are cautioned that there are drop offs
and areas dangerous for small children on the property. Parents must supervise children at all times!)
No Smoking is permitted in the villa.
Two-twin trundle beds (that convert to a king with advance notice) on the upper floor are also available for additional guests.
A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required at Balance.
