One of several fine St. John villas that are located on Pocket Money Hill, just a 15 minute walk or a minutes drive to Cruz Bay.

Style:

This comfortable two-bedroom St. John villa is built on two levels and has views of Cruz Bay's harbor and St. Thomas. The main level has a living room and full kitchen, with an air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite. Sliding doors open from both rooms onto the verandah and pool. An exterior staircase leads to the lower air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite.

3 Cable TVS and DVD players, VCR, CD player, Bose radio, movie, music collections, A/C in BRs, DSL line and Wi-Fi for your laptop, answering machine, safes; gas grill, dishwasher, washer and dryer in both bedrooms. An automatic generator will be added in late 2007.

You can rent Ginger Thomas for one to four persons, and you can also rent Ylang-Ylang and/or Mandavilla together, to sleep up to 12 persons in three separate villas. Although these villas are next door to each other, privacy between the three properties is well maintained thanks to lush landscaping. This is a perfect combination for a large group who wish to be together, yet maintain their privacy and independence. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TWO BEDROOMS at this villa ARE ON SEPARATE FLOORS, ACCESSED BY AN OUTSIDE STAIRCASE.  ALTHOUGH CHILDREN 10 AND OVER ARE WELCOME, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL BE SLEEPING SEPARATELY FROM THEIR PARENTS.
