The first level includes the portico, foyer, library/office, open-design kitchen and two equal queen bedroom suites located on opposite sides of the house. Six steps down lead to the great room with a sitting area and a formal dining room. The villa's third queen bedroom suite is located a few steps down from the dining area, and another short stairway leads to the exquisite king master suite located on its own private level. All four of the bedroom suites in this St. John vacation home are air-conditioned, fully screened, and each has a private balcony.

Outdoors, the expansive covered gallery has comfortable seating and a dining table for eight that overlooks Peter Bay and the islands beyond. A wrap around balcony surrounds three sides of the gallery and two steps lead to the pool and sun deck. A short stone staircase leads through tropical gardens to the villa's large hot tub, and from there a path leads down to the totally private beach terrace perched just 10 feet above the rolling ocean waves.
