St. John also has several day spas, and your villa concierge can help you make an appointment when you are on the island.

Virgin Islands National Park
The park system in St. John is renowned for its breathtaking beauty, and covers approximately half of St. John. Within this protected land you'll find sub-tropical forests, semi-arid scrublands, and swamps near the coastal areas. About 800 species of plants live in these varied climates, including bay rum trees and tropical orchids.
Elaine Ione Sprauve Library and Museum
The history and culture of old St. John are presented in this small museum, with antique photographs, newspaper clippings and paintings on exhibit. The museum is located in a restored 1757 plantation Great House just outside of Cruz Bay.
Annaberg Sugar Plantation
View St. John's agricultural history at this early 18th century estate museum with guided tours offered by the National Park Service. Enjoy splendid views from the Annaberg Historic Trail that winds through the restored ruins of the plantation.
Reef Bay Trail
Enjoy a tropical setting on one of the world's most beautiful hiking trails. The trail is well kept and descends 937 feet from the road to the Reef Bay Valley. Calculate about 2 hours of downhill hiking to complete the trail.

The Coral Reef Monument
includes federal submerged lands within the 3 mile belt off of the island of St. John. Here you will find a diverse and complex system of coral reefs, shoreline mangrove forests and seagrass beds. |
