Weekly villa rental rates are posted in US dollars and prices are subject to change without notice. In season & out of season dates are approximate and may vary from villa to villa.

Villa Capacity

Some larger St. Lucia villas offer a discounted rate if you use less than the total number of bedrooms available or less than full capacity of the villa rental. The villa is still exclusively for the individual renter and the other bedrooms in the rental villa are just not used. When calculating capacity of the vacation villa rental, please remember that maximum capacity equals two people per bedroom.

Villa Staff

Most St. Lucia villas include the services of a housekeeper/cook with the price of the villa. The normal working hours for the staff is generally 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, 6 days per week, but each property may have different policies for the villa staff. Please ask about your villa staff's hours if you want specific details. . Although the staff's salary is included in the price of the villa, a tip of between 3 to 5% is greatly appreciated.

Christmas and New Years Rentals

Villas rented over the Christmas/New Years holiday period require a 14 night minimum stay. Holiday rates published already reflect the 10% holiday surcharge on regular high season rates, but are subject to change without notice.

St. Lucia Jazz Festival Rates

Please note that there is a 10% additional supplement added to low season rates for rentals during the St. Lucia Jazz Festival. (20% surcharge at Villa Heaven.) The dates for the 2009 St. Lucia Jazz Festival are May 1 to May 10.

*St. Lucia Villa Rental Restrictions:

Christmas/New Year/Jazz Festival and other special events, no tiered rates available.

No children under 12 allowed in St. Remy, Light Castle and Bella Vista.

Smuggler's Nest does not allow children under 16 years of age.

Children under 12 accepted if parents or guardians sign a waiver, Cadasse, Hummingbird, Sunset, Sunrise loft, Villa Paradisso, and Saline Reef.

Zandoli and Capri have special rates 4/15 to 5/20/07, Please ask!

Heaven, Sunset, Sunrise Loft, Zandoli and Bananaquit have rough access roads. 4x4 vehicle recommended.

St. Remy requires a 7 night rental all year long
