This St .Thomas rental villa overlooks beautiful Charlotte Amalie and the harbor. High View is built all on one level with easy access to all rooms. The living room shares space with the large kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room. On one side of the living room is a powder room, the king master suite and a twin bedroom suit, just right for parents who wish to be near their children. Also next to the living room is another king bedroom suite that opens directly to the pool and deck. A separate pavilion just across the pool deck contains a very private king bedroom suite. A covered dining pavilion with gas grill is located just outside the living room area at this lovely St. Thomas rental villa.

Pool size: 16' x 27' x 3' - 4' deep (including a built-in child's pool, 7' x 7' x 3' deep)
Maid service: Once per week.
Children welcome with notarized liability waiver for all children under 8 years.

Two tenants are in an apartment below the villa, with their own separate entrance
from another road below. However, your complete privacy in the villa and at the pool is assured.
