Overlook is located high on Flag Hill and features spectacular views and easy access to nearby beaches, dining and shopping.

Style:

Overlook is a clean, contemporary, and spacious St. Thomas rental home offering four air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites. The oversized great room opens out through a wall of glass doors to the tiled deck and balcony. A well placed kitchen adjoins the dining area of the Great room. Short hallways to the left and right of the great room each lead to two private, air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites. Two of these suites open directly onto the pool deck, and another has its own private balcony. An air-conditioned and soundproofed media room is stocked with movie videos and music, game and book collections. The sofa bed in the media room can accommodate an extra one or two guests.

Maid service: Once per week.
Children welcome with notarized waiver for children under 5 years.
Queen sofa bed in air-conditioned media room accommodates 1-2 add'l persons for an extra fee.
Rent Overlook together with near-by villa, L'Esperance, for family vacations of 18 to 22 people.

We highly recommend renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle for this villa.

Tenants live in the apartment below the villa with their own private entrance.
They cannot see into any part of the villa, including the pool area, so your privacy is assured at Overlook.
