St. Thomas villa rental rates, pictures and specifications.

Weekly villa St. Thomas villa rental rates are posted in US dollars (villa prices are subject to change without notice).


Villa Capacity
 Weekly rates are shown by the number of people in the villa. Please note the maximum number of people for each villa. Many St. Thomas villa rentals offer a discounted rate if you use less than the total number of bedrooms available or less than full capacity of the villa. The villa is still exclusively for the individual renter and the other bedrooms in the villa rental are just not used. When calculating capacity of the vacation villa rental, please remember that only two people are allowed per bedroom unless specified other wise. In addition, many of the St. Thomas rental villas have space for additional guests on sleep sofas. Please inquire regarding the additional cost for each extra guest.

Weekly Rates
 St. Thomas villa rentals weekly rates are in US dollars (prices subject to change without notice) Additional nights are prorated at a daily rate. High season & low season dates are approximate and may vary from villa to villa.

Tax and Damage Deposits
Please add 8% government hotel tax to the total cost.
Damage deposits are due at the same time final payment is due.
Weekly rates are shown by the number of people in the villa. Please note the maximum number of people for each villa.
A minimum 7-night villa rental is required during the HIGH SEASON and 5 nights during the LOW SEASON for most St. Thomas villas. Click on the St. Thomas villa rental name to see pictures & specifications of that St. Thomas villa.

  

Christmas, New Years, & Thanksgiving Rentals
St. Thomas villas rented over the Christmas/New Years holiday period require a 10 day rental at Christmas/New Years rates. All Thanksgiving rentals require a 7 night minimum rental.

Maid Service
St. Thomas villas are cleaned thoroughly before guests arrive and after they leave. Many St. Thomas Villas include one additional day of maid service during your stay.
Additional days of maid service can be easily arranged for as often as you wish.

Interim Maid Service Rates
 1-2 BRs-$50 per visit
3 BRs-$75 per visit
4 BRs-$100 per visit
5 BRs-$125 per visit
6 BRs-$150 per visit
$10 per rollaway or airbed used

Smoking
Most St. Thomas villas do not allow smoking in the home! Please see this symbol # for villas that do allow smoking in the home.
