Tortola villa rental rates, pictures and specifications.

Weekly villa Tortola villa rental rates are posted in US dollars (villa prices are subject to change without notice).


Villa Capacity
 Weekly rates are shown by the number of people in the villa. Please note the maximum number of people for each villa. Many Tortola villa rentals offer a discounted rate if you use less than the total number of bedrooms available or less than full capacity of the villa. The villa is still exclusively for the individual renter and the other bedrooms in the villa rental are just not used. When calculating capacity of the vacation villa rental, please remember that only two people are allowed per bedroom unless specified other wise.

Weekly Rates
 Tortola villa rentals weekly rates are in US dollars (prices subject to change without notice) Additional nights are prorated at a daily rate. High season & low season dates are approximate and may vary from villa to villa.

Tax and Damage Deposits
Please add 7% government hotel tax to the total cost.
Damage deposits are due at the same time final payment is due.
Weekly rates are shown by the number of people in the villa. Please note the maximum number of people for each villa.
A minimum 7-night villa rental is required during the HIGH SEASON and 5 nights during the LOW SEASON for most Tortola villas. Click on the Tortola villa rental name to see pictures & specifications of that Tortola rental villa.

  

Christmas and New Years Rentals
Many Tortola villas rented over the Christmas/New Years holiday period require a 10 or 14 day rental at Christmas/New Years rates.
Please call or email us for details.

Maid Service
Tortola villas are cleaned thoroughly before guests arrive and after they leave. Many Tortola rental villas include one additional day of maid service during your stay.
Additional days of maid service can be easily arranged for as often as you wish. Please call for rates.

Smoking
Most Tortola villas do not allow smoking in the home! Please see individual listings for villas that do allow smoking in the home.
