This Tortola vacation villa is located in Havers Hill, south central part of the island of Tortola.

Villa Diamante is built in three pavilions separated by a sun deck and pool that overlook the Sir Francis Drake Channel and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The main pavilion houses the living room and a kitchen area, powder room, and a covered lanai for alfresco dining. Across the pool deck is a two story bedroom pavilion. On the deck level is found the air-conditioned master bedroom suite with a king sized bed. Upstairs from the master suite is a second bedroom with a queen sized bed and without A/C. Stairs lead down from the pool deck to the third bedroom/bath pavilion that contains an air-conditioned bedroom suite with a queen sized bed and private deck. All suites offer ocean views. |

Cable TV, DVD player and VCR in living area, TV (no cable) and DVD player in master bedroom, CD players, radio, A/C in master bedroom and in lower bedroom pavilion (but not in upper-level queen suite), answering machine, fax machine, safes for valuables, charcoal grill, dishwasher. |

Maid service: once per week
Optional personal laundry service by housekeeper ($20 per load for wash, dry and fold).
Children welcome over 10 years of age.
Smoking is permitted in the villa.
A 4-wheel drive vehicle or Jeep is required for Villa Diamante.
The two-story bedroom pavilion has two bedrooms which are situated one on top of the other with little soundproofing between the floors. We recommend that this pavilion be occupied by families rather than by 3 couples. The third bedroom pavilion is totally separate and private. |
