This Tortola vacation home is located on a hillside on Gun Point near Smugglers Cove beach.

Style:

Gun Point is a Tortola vacation home located on a 5 acre peninsula which, in its day, provided security from Pirates of the Caribbean! Now it's a great place from which to view passing yachts and enjoy the sea views. There is a dock on the water about 150 feet from the house that is a good place to launch your snorkeling adventure or just soak in the sea. The villa was completely renovated in 2005 in tasteful furnishings and all the modern conveniences. The main villa houses the living area, a modern and efficient kitchen and the open plan living room. The main villa also includes two air conditioned bedroom suites. A private path from the main home leads to the guest pavilion with three air conditioned bedrooms where two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also an air conditioned study that has a computer available and a 1/2 bath.

Note: 2 twins can be made into King Size bed on request. The smaller 5th bedroom is suitable for small children or a nanny and is connected to the 4th bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the air conditioned study that can accommodate additional guests on request.

2 Satellite TVs (a 32 in. TV in Great Room and a 21 in. TV in master suite), DVD player, Bose surround sound system, Bose outdoor-zoned sound system, Bose CD player with iPod connection, Bose Wave Radio with alarm clock in master bedroom suite, A/C in study and in all bedrooms, DSL line with Wi-Fi throughout villa and at pool for your laptop, office with computer, printer, and an ethernet connection for your laptop, answering machine; wine fridge, safe for valuables, built-in gas grill and portable charcoal grill; 2 full size wooden baby cribs, 2 highchairs and child rails for bed; hammock, Mosquito Magnet, large selection of snorkel gear for guests, automatic generator, electronic entry gate, dishwasher. Personal laundry will be done at no extra charge by housekeeper. Gun Point's private dock is just 40 feet from the terrace for excellent snorkeling. Walk to the white sands of Smugglers Cove beach via a shaded path from Gun Point (just a 5 or 6-minute walk, approximately 600 yards away)

This Tortola vacation home also includes a welcome dinner prepared by one of the islands finest chefs. The housekeeper/cook will prepare and serve breakfasts and lunches five days per week during your vacation stay but you must provide the food.
