This Tortola vacation home is located on a hillside in Belmont Estate, Frenchman's Key in the West end of Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

Style:

Sade is a Tortola vacation home built in May 2006. This new home offers seclusion but is only a 200 yard walk to the white sandy beach of Smuggler's Cove. The villa consists of a two story main house and the guest cottage a few steps away. The two are separated by a garden walkway and the pool/deck area. The main house offers four equal sized master bedroom suites with two located on the ground floor and two on the 2nd floor. Each bedroom is air conditioned, has a TV and DVD player and offers a private bathroom and balcony. The main villa also includes the kitchen, living room, a formal dining area and an office upstairs. The guest cottage is perfect for those who would like a little privacy from the large group. The cottage has a large air conditioned bedroom suite, a living area with TV, VCR and DVD player that opens to the outside porches. Although close to the beach, these Tortola vacation homes are very private due to the large number of trees that surround the property. Please note that the cottage is only used when payment is received for the 5 bedroom rate.

6 cable TVs with VCRs and DVD players; 2 CD players (one 5-CD player with radio in Main Villa's lounge and 1 CD player in Guest Cottage); A/C in all bedrooms, computer with DSL line and Wi-Fi, printer/scanner and fax machine, answering machine, safe for valuables, wet bar, gas grill, automatic generator, dishwasher. Optional laundry service available - wash, dry and fold for $20 charge per load - please ask the housekeeper.

Pool size: 20' x 20' x 5.75' deep
Maid service: Two days per week, except holidays.
Children welcome with notarized liability waiver required for all children under 15 years.
Smoking is permitted outside the villa.
Sade is a great Tortola vacation home perfect for 4-5 couples. It has good privacy and beautiful ocean views.

Smuggler's Cove beach is just a short walk from Sade, a Tortola vacation villa.
