This Tortola rental villa is located on a private and gated 8-acre peninsula and features a 360-degree ocean view. Due to the many stairs and cliff -side location, Steele Point is not recommended for persons who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Rick, Steele Point Estate's manager and concierge and a discreet house staff will make your stay enjoyable.

As you first enter the property from up the driveway, the first building found is an air-conditioned bedroom pavilion set at a discreet distance from the main house with a king bed and a fantastic view of the Point. One level below the pavilion is the garden level of this fine holiday rental villa. This level features a patio with a grill, courtyard, the living area, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, and an air-conditioned queen bedroom/bathroom suite. On the next level down is the very secluded and air-conditioned king master suite with a walk-in closet and a private sunbathing deck. Down yet another level are the 4th and 5th air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suites, each bordered by private stone terraces and balconies overlooking the sea. Steele Point's expansive dock area is complete with sheltered sun decks and ladders for swimming and snorkeling. Every detail in this custom home is a masterpiece of design; a collection of fine art and original sculpture adorn this property inside and out. Enjoy waterfront dining and spectacular sunsets. Pool size: 14' x 20' x 3.5' - 6.5' deep
Maid service: Five days per week (Tuesdays through Saturdays, except holidays)
Children welcome over 10 years old only.
Due to the many steep stairs, this villa is not recommended for persons who have difficulty climbing stairs.
Smoking is permitted outside the villa.

Steele Point Estate's manager, Rick, lives in a separate cottage on the Estate.
He is there to assist you with anything you might need, but your privacy at Steele Point is completely assured.
A 4-wheel drive rental vehicle or Jeep is recommended at Steele Point.
