Style:

Tara is a well equipped holiday villa. This new villa sits at the end of a road in a quiet neighborhood for excellent privacy and seclusion. This villa has lovely sea views and is built to take advantage of the refreshing trade winds. The property consists of four pavilions that are arranged hillside in a private garden setting. The 1st pavilion hosts the 1st bedroom suite with it's own private terrace. The larger main pavilion sits on the opposite side of the pool and holds the great room with a Bose stereo system. Outside the great room is a covered living area that enjoys the views of the sea and panoramic vistas. Also on this level is the gourmet kitchen that opens to the pool deck. Adjoining the great room is a covered garden setting for elegant dining. Off the dining area is the third pavilion with an air conditioned office with computer, DSL, printer/scanner/fax. The air conditioned office has a queen sofa bed available on advance request. This pavilion also has the 2nd air conditioned bedroom suite with it's own terrace. The fourth pavilion has the 3rd air conditioned bedroom with it's own balcony, a King-sized bed and an out-door shower.

Maid service: Two days per week
Children welcome: Yes - with notarized liability waiver for all children under 8 years, please
(Important: Extreme caution must be exercised on terraces with very low walls and no railings!)
Smoking is permitted outside the villa only.
